Registering is not claiming
You register once, after installation. If something is wrong with the product, make a claim with our after-sales team on DGR Thailand’s LINE Official account.
Have these ready
- Your receipt or proof of purchase — take a photo and send it in the same chat as your registration details
- The part number (on the label on the box, or on your receipt)
- The purchase date and installation date
- The name of the shop you bought from and the shop that installed the kit

Send the details below on DGR Thailand’s after-sales LINE Official account or by email. We reply on LINE Official or by email.
- Your full name and province
- Your car: make, model and year
- The series you bought: ST · RC · DCS-2
- The purchase date and the shop you bought from
- The installation date (the 1-year warranty runs from this date)
- A photo of your receipt or proof of purchase — in the same LINE chat, or attached to your email
- If you have them: the part number (on the box or your receipt) · the serial number · the installer · a phone number (optional)
Please do not send ID card numbers or licence plate numbers.
