This website provides product information for DGR Suspension in Thailand. It shows no prices, has no shopping cart and takes no online payments.

• Specifications and materials are based on information from the manufacturer (DGR Taiwan) and may change
• Actual ride height and feel after installation depend on the car, wheels, tyres and the installer’s setup
• Before you order, our team confirms on DGR Thailand’s LINE Official account the kit that fits your car
• The kit and specifications our team confirms with you in the chat before you order are what the company agrees to sell you

• This website shows no prices. Our team quotes the retail price for your car model on DGR Thailand’s LINE Official account; prices do not include installation
• Prices may change. The price that applies is the one our team confirms on LINE Official before you order

• For now, orders are taken only through the company’s LINE Official Account (@dgrth)
• Before an order is accepted, our team sends you an order summary in the chat: the products and the kit that fits your car, the price, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns
• An order is complete when you confirm that order summary in the chat
• Once you have paid, the company issues you a receipt
• Please keep the order summary and the receipt as proof of purchase and for your warranty

• The company sells parts and does not currently provide installation
• Installation and setup are done by installers or dealers. Installation costs are agreed directly between you and the shop
• Installers and dealers are independent businesses, separate from the company. They are not the company’s employees and do not install on the company’s behalf
• When the company recommends a shop at your request, it is a recommendation only. The company is not hired to do the installation
• The shop is responsible for the quality of the installation, setup and wheel alignment it carries out
• The company remains liable under the law for the products it sells or imports, including defects in the products and damage caused by unsafe products. This does not limit or exclude your rights under the law, and does not exclude liability for harm to life, body or health
• Please ask the shop to install the product following its manual and warnings, and to align the wheels after installation
• If you notice anything unusual after installation, please stop using the car until it has been checked, and tell the installer or the company as soon as possible

Products sold by the company carry a 1-year warranty from the installation date. The full warranty terms are in the written Thai warranty document the company delivers with the products.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the law. It does not remove or limit them, including the seller’s liability for defects.

Products bought from unauthorised sellers may not be covered by the company’s warranty. This does not affect your legal rights against that seller.

Articles on this website, including the guide to the law and insurance when lowering a car, are general information. They are not legal, engineering or insurance advice for any particular car.

Content produced by the company belongs to the company. The DGR trademark and the manufacturer’s product, parts and factory images belong to their respective owners. Do not copy them or use them commercially without the owner’s permission.

Images of DGR Taiwan products and facilities are the manufacturer’s copyright.

This website links to external websites, such as official government sources. The company is not responsible for their content.

The company may update these terms. The latest version and its effective date will always be on this page.

These terms are governed by Thai law.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

If you have a problem with a product or service, please contact the company first so we can help put it right. Contacting us first does not affect your right to use any other remedy the law gives you.

If the Thai and English versions of these terms differ, the Thai version prevails.
