RC questions
Are pillowball mounts noisy?
A pillowball mount is a spherical bearing that is stiffer than a rubber mount, so it generally passes more road noise and vibration into the cabin.
If you hear unusual noises such as clunks, ask your installer to check the fitting and bolt torques first. If you think a part is faulty, contact our after-sales team on DGR Thailand’s LINE Official account.
Can I choose my own spring rates?
Yes. RC spring rates and damping can be tailored to your use. Tell our team on LINE Official about your car, how you drive and your target ride height, and we will suggest suitable values and give you the lead time.
Can I drive RC every day?
That depends on the spring rates you choose, your damping setting and how much pillowball noise you accept. Tell us how you use the car so we can suggest suitable spring rates.
If comfort comes first, look at ST.
How is RC different from ST and DCS-2?
ST is built around everyday comfort and uses factory-standard springs. RC has sport valving, a custom spring rate (K), and a Pillowball top mount with Camber Plate. DCS-2 adjusts Rebound (30 settings) and Compression (15 settings) separately, has an external reservoir, and is positioned for competition and circuit use.
The ST kit comes with the Standard top mount; the Pillowball mount is available as an add-on, at extra cost.
Do I need a wheel alignment after installation?
Yes, after installation and after every height change. Your installer can set camber at the top plate, then complete the alignment.
Does the price include installation?
No. The price our team quotes is the retail price of the parts. Agree installation costs with your installer.
How long is the warranty?
1 year from the installation date. Register your warranty and make claims through our after-sales team on LINE Official.
