- Order details — the products you order, delivery address, proof of payment, and the details used to issue a receipt

3.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes this on our behalf when you open the website, to deliver the pages and keep the website secure. We have not switched on visit logging for the website. How long Cloudflare keeps this data follows Cloudflare’s own policy.
- Website usage data (Google Analytics) — only when you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect visit data, such as the pages you open, the website or channel that brought you here, device and browser type, approximate country or city, and the random id in the
_gacookie. If you press “Necessary only”, or have not chosen yet, the website does not load Google Analytics. See our cookie policy. - Cookie consent records — each time you choose or change your choice in the cookie banner, we record the time, the random id of the choice (the same id as in the
dgr_consentcookie), your choice, the policy revision, the page and the page language, as evidence of consent given or withdrawn. The record holds no IP address and no browser details, and is kept in the company’s Cloudflare account.
3.3 Data kept in your browser
“My car” (the car you saved) is stored in your browser only. It is not sent to us unless you choose to send us a message that includes your car on our LINE Official Account.
3.4 Sensitive data
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data. Please don’t send items such as ID card copies or health information by chat or email.
3.5 Data we need, and what happens if you don’t give it
- Recommending a kit and quoting a price — we need your car’s make, model and year. Without them we cannot recommend the kit that fits your car.
- Taking and delivering an order — we need your name, a contact channel and a delivery address. Without them we cannot sell or deliver the products to you.
- Warranty registration and claims — we need the purchase details, proof of purchase, the installation date and the fault you found. Without them we may be unable to check your warranty or handle your claim.
- Reviewing a dealer application — we need the shop or company name, address and contact details. Without them we cannot review the application.
- Accounting and tax — the receipt we issue when you buy is a document we must prepare and keep under accounting and tax law.
Other details, such as how you use the car, your target ride height and the odometer reading, are optional. Without them our setup advice may be less precise.

We have switched off the settings that share Google Analytics data with Google for Google’s own purposes · Google Ads Data Processing Terms

If you want us to pass your details to the shop, please email us your name, contact channel, car model and the details of the job for that purpose, and we will pass them to that shop for use only on the job you asked for.
